Bio: Richard Reitz has spent over 25 years in the diagnostics space as a consultant to the medical and healthcare industries. Rich’s experience includes providing guidance and training on payor markets, market dynamics and hospital outreach.
Rich’s sales and medical experience is extensive and focused not just on general sales and sales management training, but on very specific clinical disciplines. These include but are not limited to cardiovascular disease, women’s health, infectious disease, hematology/oncology, endocrinology, urology, gastroenterology, pathology and toxicology. He is well versed in diagnostics methods such as routine testing, molecular diagnostics and genomics.
Rich began his sales career at Nichols Institute (acquired by Quest Diagnostics), earning top performer awards, before being promoted to National Sales Trainer.
Rich started his own consulting company, focusing on sales and sales management training in the diagnostics space where he interfaced with corporate marketing and sales to design and develop training programs and market launches.
Rich is currently the Director of Training and Talent Solutions Specialist with Vanguard Healthcare Staffing.
