Bio: Mick Raich founded Vachette in 2002 to help generate and insure revenue from independent laboratories, hospital laboratories, health care systems, community hospitals and pathology practices by auditing and restructuring RCM processes from an outside point of view.
His 39 years in health care has helped him build an intimate understanding of the revenue cycle process, managed care negotiations, group merger and hospital negotiations and revenue strategy in the laboratory business. Additionally, Mr. Raich is a nationally recognized speaker on changes in the laboratory revenue cycle industry who has presented for numerous state societies, universities and industry publications.
Vachette has worked with hundreds of clients across the continental United States. Laboratories with annual revenue from $1 million to $300 million use Vachette’s services.
